Soft Cake Capuccino

and for our friend Carola:)


  • 300 grams of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams of white sugar
  • 150 grams of yogurt white or coffee
  • 300 ml of American coffee (or espresso along Italian)
  • 150 ml of sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 16 grams

Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer, will add more and slamming order: oil, yogurt, coffee and finally the flour + baking powder sifted together.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and windy.
Filling a mold with the mixture (I use to make this cake from the mold ANGEL CAKE because it is convenient to cool it.
Put in the oven for about 40 minutes (do the test with a toothpick if it is dry. Just removed from the oven to cool inverting upside down
So it is extremely soft and fluffy.
